The project will provide pre-construction and construction management services to the Dr. A.J. Chandler Park Improvements Phase 1, currently in design. Phase 1 consists of improvements to approximately 2.3 acres of Dr. A.J. Chandler Park located at 3 S. Arizona Avenue, Chandler Arizona including demolition of existing pavements, water features and structures, construction of new decorative hardscape plazas, relocated and new public art, extensive shade tree infrastructure including below-ground soil improvements, event lawns, seasonal plazas with social activities, seating and site furniture, park lighting, power, irrigation, and potential Wi-fi infrastructure. These improvements may include but are not limited to two large canopies flanking the Arizona Avenue crosswalk, storage rooms, one new restroom building, and three localized park shade canopies.
