This is a Notice for Sources Sought for Full Food Services, Dining Facilities, Fort Huachuca, and prepared in accordance with 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1) and 3204(b)(B) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 206.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This requirement is a bridge action to retain the current or similar product or service as a result of delay in the negotiation and award of a follow-on contract and will be for three months with a period of performance from 01 June 2023 through 31 August 2023.
This requirement is subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act and in accordance with Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) PGI 5108.12-90-1, if a State Licensing Agency (SLA) under the Randolph Sheppard Act has submitted a proposal to provide cafeteria services and the proposal is judged to be within the competitive range and has been ranked among those proposals which have a reasonable chance of being selected for final award, the contract is expected to be awarded to the SLA after consultation with the Department of Education (ED).
This is a Sources Sought Notice only and not a Solicitation, therefore responses to this request are not offers. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are for market research to obtain potential qualified parties interested in providing the requested items. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
The Government is requesting Capability Statements from potential vendors who can provide services listed in the attached draft PWS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310 – Food Service Contractors and Product Service Code (PSC) is S203 – Housekeeping – Food.
