A. Vendor shall be responsible for researching, developing, and writing accurate and compelling grant proposals to secure funding from federal, state, local, and private sources for LRWRA. B. Vendor shall monitor federal, state, and local initiatives and other research methodologies to identify available grant opportunities. C. Vendor shall submit grant opportunities to the LRWRA project manager for approval before creating grant applications. D. Vendor shall submit grant applications and ensure timely and accurate reporting to funding organizations. E. Vendor shall monitor grant processes, ensuring the continuation of renewable grants and identifying alternate funding streams. F. Vendor must ensure compliance with grant guidelines and requirements. G. Vendor must have a communication plan to ensure clear and effective communication with LRWRA. H. Vendor must adhere to established timelines and shall provide written notification to LRWRA, should it become apparent that an extension is necessary. I. Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation. LRWRA shall have the right to amend specifications and requirements, under the scope of this contract, based on revisions in federal, State, and/or local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of LRWRA. Vendor and LRWRA shall come to a written agreement regarding negotiated cost for such changes. J. All work under the scope of this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner using industry best practices to provide quality, uniformed and professional results. Vendor represents and warrants that the services offered shall meet or exceed the requirements and specifications expressed in this contract.
