Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, capable, licensed and insured, and experienced contractors to perform the 2023 Memorial Park Parking Lot Maintenance Project-Stripe and Seal, for the Parks and Recreation Department. The work includes, but is not limited to including closing and clearing (including vehicles) of multiple parking lot locations within Memorial Park, cleaning, pavement crack sealing, priming, topcoats, pavement marking and re-opening. This work is considered routine maintenance with a goal to preserve and prolong the life span of multiple parking facilities. All work will be performed within Bentonville citylimits. The City reserves the right to add or remove Line Items (parking lot locations) from award in accordance with the City’s best interest., for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.
