The objective of this RFP is to identify and engage a strategic partner to execute a comprehensive initiative aimed at addressing the critical underinvestment in Arkansas startups and improving access to venture capital. By leveraging existing efforts to incubate and build new companies, this program seeks to position Arkansas as a thriving hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. The selected partner will implement key activities including a robust marketing and communications plan, curated networking engagements between startups and national venture capitalists, and the establishment of statewide partnerships to identify and promote investment-ready startups. These efforts are expected to significantly enhance visibility, foster investor relationships, and drive sustainable economic growth across Arkansas’ entrepreneurial ecosystem.
