Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide onsite professional development and/or coaching on at least 500 occasions each year. The provision of professional development and coaching could be a range of one-on-one, a small group of individuals from one school, all the way to multiple schools or districts. B. The Contractor shall provide a researched based Professional Learning System that cultivates and maintains a dynamic system of professional learning, such as professional learning communities, that continually assesses the progress of both students and educators. C. The Contractor shall offer timely and targeted support to boost student achievement and foster ongoing professional growth. D. The Contractor shall provide a research based, cohesive, synchronized system of professional learning to provide support for adult and student learners across the State. E. The Contractor’s system must include cycles of inquiry, data-driven decision making, and evidencebased strategies to positively influence student learning outcomes. F. The system must offer additional comprehensive layers of assistance to various stakeholders within the educational ecosystem including but not limited to: 1. School Board Members 2. Superintendents 3. District/Principal Level Teams 4. Principal/Building Leadership Teams 5. Grade Level & Content Area Teams 6. Classified Leaders 7. Educational Service Cooperatives 8. Educational Renewal Zones 9. Higher Education Institutions 10. Partnering Organizations G. The Contractor shall provide coaches with proven experience and evidence of success in leading professional learning. H. The Contractor shall serve grade level spans from early learning, elementary, middle, and secondary. I. The Contractor shall provide a designated point of contact located primarily in the state of Arkansas to communicate directly with ADE and provide updates as needed.
