A. The Contractor shall provide insurance navigation of all private Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) insurance plans and sliding scale, low-fee, or free services for families without insurance. The Contractor shall seek reimbursement for eligible services before using funding to cover expenses. D.
