Purchase, deliver, install and connect a new 24' X 60" to 64', office trailer to an exisitng site where a previous trailer was removed. Trailer shall include two ADA compliant bathrroms, 1 ADA accessible ramp 1 stair access. Utilities are exisitng and contractor will obtain a simple building permit for sewer, water and electrical connections. There is an exisitng new 10" to 12" flat pad ready to receive trailer. Persepective bidders are encourage to look at aerial phoptgraphs of delivery location.
