25-029 - Comprehensive Development Impact Fee Update

The City has prepared an outline of services (which includes a description of the City’s Project Objectives) which is attached as Exhibit “1” to the Request For Proposals (“RFP”), and generally includes: Review and update of the City’s current Development Impact Fees which must comply with the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Section 66000 et seq., also known as Assembly Bill 1600.) Methods shall include legal review of Government Code 66000 et seq, data collection; fee calculation and analysis; a comprehensive background report; technical reports for each fee to be updated; project coordination; report production; and attendance and presentation of report findings and recommendations at public meetings /hearings.
