For vendors that wish to deliver the Sealed Cost Proposal in person, please
deliver to 3300 Capitol Ave, Fremont, CA (corner of Capitol and Liberty) at the
Liberty Street entrance ONLY, where it says BID DELIVERIES (please note that
it is closed from 12-1pm).
Delivery prior to bid opening date is recommended.
