3929 - Fiscal Year 2023 Slurry Seal and Crack Seal Program

Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, services, and specialized skills to perform work involved in the Project. The Work included in the Bid is defined in accordance with Specification No. 3929 and Plan Nos. 1-3098, 3-1586, 49-256 and all appurtenant work as shown on the project plans and specifications. The work generally includes: Selective removal and reconstruction of deteriorated pavement; selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, cross gutters, and alley aprons; modification of existing ramps to meet current ADA standards; application of crack sealing material; application of slurry sealing material; sanitary sewer repairs; installing striping and pavement markings; adjustment of existing manholes, water valves, water meters, and other utilities to finished grade; and planting of trees; as shown on the project plans and specifications, Standard Plans for Public Works Construction (SPPWC 2021 Edition), and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (2021 Edition), including all supplements thereto issued prior to bid opening date.
