Description

The City of Hanford is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms, hereinafter called Consultants, to provide on-call environmental and planning services to the City. To be considered for this contract, firms must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements as stated in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The agreement shall extend for a five-year period. The City intends to qualify no more than five (5) consultants for each category listed in the scope of work.
