sdr17001 - BLEDSOE CREEK STORM DRAIN (LINE “A”) AND SLOPE REPAIR

Construction of approximately 222 linear feet of 18-inch and 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe, 60-inch and 36-inch inlets, junction structure, concrete collar, pipe anchors, headwall, grouted riprap apron, concrete lining, curbs and curb transition, guardrail, tubular steel fence, gate, gutter, down drain, PCC pavement, perforated PVC subdrain, gravel bags and fiber rolls. It also involves the removal and disposal of existing improvements, riprap, rocks, concrete, trees, and vegetation. The project is located within an existing public easement. The construction of the project shall require close coordination with East Highlands Ranch Master Home Owner’s Association Springlake Club House.
