Description

The furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment to:

Remove existing non-bearing interior partition, suspended ceiling, and light fixtures in the Community Room building located at Imperial Beach City Hall (825 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial Beach, CA). Construct new interior non-bearing partitions, new suspended ceiling, new doors & frames, and new finishes. Re-work mechanical ductwork and install new/relocated diffusers and Install new LED light fixtures and new controls in the Community Room Building. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to complete all work in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws, codes, ordinances and manufacturer’s specifications.

The proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Imperial Beach, California, or if sent by messenger, shall be delivered to the Administrative Services Department, City Hall, 825 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial Beach, California. The envelope shall be plainly marked on the upper left hand corner with the name and address of the bidder and bear the words "Proposal For" followed by the name of the item and the date and hour of the bid opening.
