The City of Imperial Beach has received over $23 million in Active Transportation Program (ATP) funding from the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to develop multimodal improvements to Palm Avenue within the City limits, approximately between Rainbow Drive and Georgia Street.

The project involves improving the corridor to enhance the experience for all users, increase safety, and improve the overall aesthetics of the area.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Administrative Services Department, 825 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial Beach, California, 91932, up to the hour of 1:00 PM, on August 30th, 2024,
The proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Imperial Beach, California, or if sent by messenger, shall be delivered to the Administrative Services Department, City Hall, 825 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial Beach, California, 91932. The envelope shall be plainly marked on the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the proposing firm and bear the words "Proposal For" followed by the name of the item and the date and hour of the bid closing. Fee proposals shall be submitted concurrently in a separate sealed envelope plainly marked on the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the proposing firm and bear the words "Fee Proposal For" followed by the name of the item and the date and hour of the bid closing.
