24-201 - Piper Park Parking Lot Improvements Project

The work generally consists of mobilization; developing, setup and maintenance of a traffic control system; developing and implementing a water pollution control program; cold planing; removing and disposing of existing pavement, concrete, aggregate base and/or native materials; placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA) materials; lowering and adjusting utility covers to finish grade; installing storm drain pipe and drain inlets; removal and replacement of curb; construction of valley gutters; curb painting; replacement of parking lot striping; installing sign posts and signage; concrete and asphalt flatwork; removing and replacing wheel stops; installing detectable tiles; cleanup of the project area and other items of work as shown in the contract documents.
