Description

The City of Livermore seeks to identify viable, cost-effective options for future disposal services and enter into a contract with a service provider in order to begin providing the services described herein no later than January 1, 2025. The City is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified service providers interested in entering into an agreement with the City of Livermore for Solid Waste Disposal Services.The City is seeking to enter into a long-term Agreement(s) for a term of either 10 years or 20 years with the option for extension at the sole discretion of the City. All proposers must provide a proposal for services in accordance with the RFP requirements.
