The City of Los Alamitos (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Firm” or “Consultant”) to provide polling and public outreach services pertaining to a potential ballot measure.
During the proposal evaluation process, the City reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from proposers or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the Firm of the conditions contained in this request for proposal unless clearly and expressly noted in the proposal of the selected Firm.
To be considered, proposals must be received electronically by the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024. Proposals will be accepted electronically through BidNet only. Proposals submitted via postal mail, email, or facsimile will not be accepted. It is anticipated that the selected Firm will be notified by the week of April 22, 2024.

All questions related to this Request for Proposal must be submitted in writing through the BidNet portal available on the City’s website by Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Prospective bidder must first register as a vendor through the City’s BidNet portal.
