Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will cause all non-attending bidders to be deemed non-responsive and their bid package shall not be further considered by the City for any reason.

No refund will be made of any charges for sets of Contract Documents. Plans and specifications can be mailed for an additional $10.00 (Ten Dollars) per set.
