17-004 - Replacement of the Play Area at Josef Hoog Community Park

The work to be done includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing facilities, including play structures and playground surface, concrete curbing, tree removal, modifications to exiting storm drain facilities, preparation of playground surface for future installation of Pour in Place Surface, installation of City purchased play equipment and concrete pads for City purchased park benches, installation of new concrete curb, and other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the standard specifications, or these special provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
