PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oceanside, hereinafter referred to as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the offices of and addressed to Oceanside City Clerk, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., the 5th day of November, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened.

Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “SEALED BID FOR CROWN HEIGHTS RESOURCE CENTER REHABILITATION – CIP21-00008 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
