908175822715 - Pure Water Oceanside Phase III Title XVI Feasibility Study

The City of Oceanside (City) is soliciting proposals for professional services to complete development of the feasibility study and application support services for the Request for Proposal of Pure Water Oceanside Phase III Title XVI Feasibility Study. 

The proposed feasibility study will evaluate alternatives to expand treatment and beneficial use of wastewater by the rerouting of additional source water to centralize the City’s wastewater treatment facilities at the San Luis Rey Water Reclamation Facility (SLRWRF) that is home to Oceanside’s newly constructed Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF). It will also study the potential beneficial reuse of stormwater and desalinated seawater and direct potable reuse. The study will include update demands and production for the various water reuse alternatives. Cost comparisons will be developed for the alternatives. The preferred alternative will be identified and further evaluated to include the required elements of a Title XVI Feasibility Study.
