FY24/25 Janitorial Services - RFP for Janitorial Services

All Proposal Submittal Documents shall be typewritten or printed in ink clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions For Submitting Proposals and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside, "SEALED PROPOSAL FOR JANITORIAL CONTRACT - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."   The Property Management Division will receive such proposals in the office of and addressed to Tony Visco, Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Property Management, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA  92054, located on the third floor, South Building, up to the hour of 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 17, 2024. Mailed proposals received after 2:00pm on Thursday, October 17, 2024 shall be returned to sender unopened. The work to be done is more particularly described in Section 3 Specifications for Janitorial Services within the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Proposal shall be signed by an authorized agent of the Proposer. Any proposals received by the Senior Maintenance Supervisor after the specified hour and date or submitted by a company that did not have a representative at the mandatory pre bid meeting shall be returned unopened. Postmarks will not be acceptable in lieu of actual receipt prior to the prescribed hour and date.
