Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 2:00pm, October 9, 2024, via the bidnetdirect.com online portal. Proposals shall not be larger than 20mb, nor shall they provide a link to a box or other account. Failure to follow these requirements may result in a proposal being deemed as non-responsive. The CITY is the not responsible for technical issues resulting in late or misdirected proposals. The CITY reserves the right to award this project to one firm, several firms or not make an award based on review of proposals, available budget, business needs and other factors that may apply.
