Description

The City of Poway (“City”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Consultants for false alarm tracking and billing services. The City is seeking to enter into a revenue sharing contract with a Consultant that will be responsible for administering the City’s false alarm program, which will include database development and management, registration of alarm systems, alarm tracking, billing, collecting and accounting services for registration fees and false alarm services as directed by the City in accordance with City alarm ordinances. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal (RFP) at any time and for any reason without any liability and to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof.

Responses shall be submitted via email or in a sealed package addressed as below clearly identifying the Consultant making the submission. The package must be marked as “CONFIDENTIAL – OCCUPANT PUBLIC NOTICE MAILING SERVICES.” Two copies of the proposal are required. The Consultant is liable for all the costs incurred in preparing and submitting a proposal.
