Notice Requesting Proposals for Contract Water Meter Reading Services – 2025-UTL-01

 
The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals for services associated with Contract Meter Reading Services.

All firms interested in receiving further correspondence regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be required to complete a free registration using Bidnet https://www.bidnetdirect. All proposals must be received via Bidnet by the Department of Finance at or before 2 pm on 01/24/2025 when they will be opened electronically in Bidnet.

Proposals received after said time may not be considered.  The preferred method of submission is electronically via Bidnet.  If you wish to send a hard copy to guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Department of Finance in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the proposal title, project number, proposer name, and time and date of the proposal opening.  Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the project package.

An optional pre-proposal conference will be held to answer any questions the prospective proposers may have regarding the City's RFP.
