Description

The City of Sana Clara, (hereinafter "City") is soliciting bids from autorized resellers of Adobe Software and Enteprise Licensing to provide one-year subsription renewals of current Adobe Enterprise Licenses and new product licenses as needed in support of the City's Information Technology Department.

The City will issue a blanket purchase order to the successful bidder(s) for a twelve-month period (Initial Term) beginning February 24, 2025.

The City reserves the right to purchase additional Adobe products and licenses during this period to be co-termed with current licenses/subsriptions.

Bidder must be an Authorized Adobe Partner for resale to government agencies in order to submit a bid for his RFQ. Refer to Section 4 of the RFQ Instructions and General Provisions for the details regarding minimum qualifications.

ESTIMATED QUANTITIES/SERVICE LEVELS:

The quantities/service levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities/service levels that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Please refer to the RFQ Instructions and General Provisions, document and all other attached documents.
2) Submit all response documents online through BidNet Direct, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the “Vendor Notes for Offer” function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents.
3) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Vendor) accepting the City’s PO Terms and Conditions.
