Description

The City of Santa Clara (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting bids from Authorized Panasonic Resellers for Panasonic Toughbook and Components in support of the Santa Clara Police Department and as specified herein. The City will issue a blanket purchase order to the successful bidder(s) for a twelve-month period. The City reserves the right to purchase additional quantities from awarded Vendor for up to five years from the date City staff receives Council Approval for awarded Vendor.

Bidder must be an Authorized Panasonic Reseller to submit a bid on this RFB. Refer to Section 2 of the RFB Main Document for the details regarding minimum qualifications to submit a bid for this RFB.

ESTIMATED QUANTITIES/SERVICE LEVELS:
The quantities/service levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities/service levels that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) See attached statement of work and/or related documents for details.
2) Please refer to the RFB Instructions document and any other attached documents.
3) Submit all response documents online through BidNet Direct, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the “Vendor Notes for Offer” function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents.
4) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Vendor) accepting the City’s PO Terms and Conditions.
