Description

The City of Santa Clara (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting proposals on behalf of Silicon Valley Power, the City's electric utility, for underground locating & field marking services, as specified herein. The City will award a 5-year agreement to the successful proposer.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Please refer to the RFP Main Document and all attachments for details.
2) Submit all response documents online through BidNet Direct, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the “Vendor Notes for Offer” function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents.
3) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Proposer) accepting the City's Exemplar Agreement
