The Scope of Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, mobilization/demobilization; clearing and grubbing; demolition (AC Pavement, concrete sidewalk and driveways, storm drains, etc.), excavation and fill, conformance with the City’s Construction and Demolition Materials Management Program; construction of curb and gutters, driveways, ramps sidewalks; installation of reinforced concrete pipes (RCP) and concrete drainage devices; construction of raised landscape median; construction of utilities work (SCE, SCWA); implementation and management of City provided storm water pollution plan and erosion control devices; and all appurtenant work as required by the plans and specifications. See the project drawings for more detailed description of the location and limits of the work. All work will be completed per the provided plans, specifications and bid documents.
