Description

The City of Santa Clarita (City) is requesting proposals for a qualified merchant credit card and e-payment processing service provided by a proven and successful company (Vendor) that will integrate with the City’s current and future financial systems. The purpose of the RFP is to secure services to process credit card and debit card payments via the internet and multiple point-of-sale (POS) locations through integrated software solutions and standalone credit card processing terminals that are Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. Although as part of this RFP, the City would like to identify a Vendor who can also facilitate electronic funds transfer (EFT) and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, as needed. The goal of the City is to provide modern payment processing services and enhanced user experiences, while decreasing costs.
