The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a well-qualified Consultant to provide professional services in the development of a Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP). The LRSP will focus on identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve traffic safety in the City using solutions from engineering, enforcement, education, encouragement, and emergency services. In addition, the LRSP will aid in securing future Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) funds and other grant funding.
