The City of Shafter (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide all right of way services necessary to obtain a right of way certification for Santa Fe Way and Los Angeles Avenue Roundabout Project (Project). The services to be provided will include, but not limited to: survey and engineering work necessary to prepare legal descriptions and plats; various types of appraisals; negotiation; title and escrow services; relocation assistance; condemnation support; property management; hazardous material assessment and removal; demolition and clearance services.
