The City of Solana Beach (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional video production, recording, editing, and support services, including but not limited to web-stream hosting, online video archive import/hosting and timestamping, for City Council meeting videos and other public meeting videos. The City is seeking to award up to two contracts. The City invites qualified Consultants to submit proposals for:
1. Audio-Visual (AV) Production Services and On-Call Video Production Services and Web-Stream hosting for Live Meetings and Online Video Archive importing hosting and timestamping of meeting services; or
2. Only AV Production and On-Call Video Production Services, or
3. Only Web-stream hosting for live meetings and online Video Archive import/hosting and timestamping of meeting services.
The selected Consultant(s) or Firm(s) will be required to address all aspects of the scope of work including but not limited to, those identified in Attachment “A” – Desired Qualifications and Required Scope of Services.
