General Information
The City of Tulare invites proposals from State-licensed Electrical C10 Contractors for On-Call Electrical/SCADA Maintenance, and Repair Services at various Water, Wastewater, and Sewer Collection facilities. The Initial Term of the contract is one year, with 2 additional one-year options available at the sole discretion of the City.
The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive, on-call maintenance and repair services in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. These projects may encompass a wide array of services including design, installation, repair, and maintenance. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis, reflecting the dynamic nature of the city's infrastructure needs. Interested firms must be prepared to promptly enter into an Agreement for the services outlined in this RFQ.
Scope of Services
The services to be provided include all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to competently perform On-Call Electrical/SCADA Maintenance and Repair Services at various City facilities. This includes laying out, installing, replacing, wiring, and testing electrical service and wiring systems, as well as SCADA programming and component maintenance for water, wastewater, and sewer collection facilities. Additionally, the services involve installing and repairing conduit and other materials, connecting electrical machinery, equipment, controls, and transmission systems, and addressing any electrical-related issues as they arise to ensure safe and well-maintained electrical systems. The scope and number of projects and tasks may vary over time.
