The primary objective of the Purchasing Division is to establish efficient and cost effective procedures for securing supplies and equipment used by all departments of the city. The purchasing program is an integral part of an overall control system to see that materials purchased are properly received, accounted for, placed into inventory, and controlled through an inventory system. We are a memnber agency of the California Purchasing Group and utlize this system for all of the City's procurements.  We encourage you to register as we welcome your participation!
