The City of Twentynine Palms (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Safe Routes to School Infrastructure Implementation Project (“Project”) at the office of the City Clerk no later than April 6, 2023 at 10:00am, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date.

PLACE OF BID RECEIPT: Engineering Office, City of Twentynine Palms: 6136 Adobe Road, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277

Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms. Contract documents are posted on Bidnet and can be accessed through the City’s website at https://www.ci.twentynine-palms.ca.us/bid-notices. Please note that in order to be considered a plan holder, Contractor must still register as a plan holder on Bidnet through the City’s portal. A hard copy of the bid documents will be available for review at the Clerk’s office.
