The City of Visalia is seeking bids to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to replace and construct the retaining wall at Blain Park. Contractor shall remove and dispose the existing wood-pole wall and replace with a CMU block wall as specified in the bid document. This is a public works project and contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls.
