SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at the office of the Purchasing Division, City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, California 93291, until 2:00 P.M., on Thursday, October 31, 2024, for furnishing materials, supplies, equipment and labor for performing the work as specified in the approved Plans, the Standard Specifications, the Construction Specifications and other Contract Documents for the Caldwell Widening Project (Santa Fe St. to Lovers Lane). This is a public works construction project subject to payment of state prevailing wages, registration with the DIR, monitoring by the Labor Commissioner and other requirements listed in the Bid Document and City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual.
