RFB 22-23-12 - Landscape Maintenance of Quadrant L

The City of Visalia is requesting bids for landscape maintenance of an area identified as Quadrant L.  This contract is for the maintenance of approximately 456,170 sq. ft. (10.472 acres).  The initial contract term shall be for a twelve month period and shall, at the City's option and with the consent of the contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.
