Outfield Fence and Batter's Eye Replacement Project at Valley Strong Ballpark (Visalia Rawhide Stadium). This is a public works contract subject to payment of State prevailing wages, DIR project registration, uploading of certified payrolls to the Labor Commissioner and other requirements outlined int he City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual (attachment to bid document). All Contractors and Subcontractors must hold a valid DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) Registration number. Bidder attendance at one of the mandatory pre-bid meetings is required in order to submit a bid on this project.
