Hemlock Ave. This public works project is supported by federal award number SLFRP2005, awarded to the City of Visalia by the US Dept of the Treasury. Federal funds being utilized for this project are American Rescue Plan Act Funds (ARPA) and the awarded contractor must comply with all state and federal regulations listed in the bid document.
