RFB-23-24-71 - RFB-23-24-71 PLAZA PARK POND SHORELINE REPLACEMENT

Plaza Park Pond Shoreline Replacement Project. The scope of work will include removal of existing concrete pond shoreline, installation of new reinforced concrete shoreline, and repair of concrete void near the pond crossing bridge.  This project is supported in whole or part by federal award nmber SLFRP2005, awarded to the City of Visalia by the U.S. Department of the Treasure. Federal Funds being utilized for this project are American Rescue Plan Act Funds (ARPA). All Federal procurement requirements provided in 2 CFR 200 shall be in effect. Project Budget is $1,270,000 for the base bid. Tentative Award date: September 2024. Time of Completion Deadline: Fifty (50) working days. All Contractors and Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. State and Federal Requirements apply to this public works construction work including payment of prevailing wages and monitoring by the Labor Commissioner, etc.
