The City of Visalia is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of one Airfield Sweeper for the Visalia Airport. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all services and products necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Invitation to Bid, including delivery in fully-operational condition as specified, unloading & operational performance testing, required training and any other requirements stated in the bid document. This purchase is being funded in whole or in part by means of a grant made by the United States acting through the Federal Aviation Administration of the Dept of Transportation. This purchase is subject to the Federal provisions, statutes and regulations as set forth in the bid document.
