RFB-23-24-20 Traffic Signal Improvements at St. John's Parkway and Burke Street intersection. This is a public works construction project subject to State and Federal Requirements including payment of prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations, uploading of certified payroll and other requirements (outlined in the RFB document). This project is funded in whole or in part by federal award number CML-5044 (141) awarded to the City of Visalia by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), administered by Caltrans.
