Description

The City of Watsonville - Public Works & Utilities Department seeks to award contract(s) to provide products for construction materials, rental equipment, and services in accordance with the specification noted herein. All construction materials provided shall be in accordance with current Caltrans Standards. Source Testing of materials to confirm compliance with Catrans Standards provided shall be performed by an independent testing laboratory utilizing acceptance methods consistent with the City of Watsonville's Quality Assurance Program. By submitting a bid, the contractor confirms the ability to comply with the QAP. A failure to provide the required testing and documentation consistent with the QAP and Caltans Standards may result in the bid being considered non-responsive, or if the contract has already been executed, the cancellation of the contract.

Sealed envelopes must be marked with the City's Bid Title, Project Solicitation No., contractor's company name, address, and contact information. Bid packages must include all required forms; in identified sections, in the correct order, tab labeled, and banded.
