Sealed envelopes must be marked with the City's Bid Title, Project Solicitation No., contractor's company name, address, and contact information. Bid packages must include all required forms; in identified sections, in the correct order, tab labeled, and banded.
To ensure delivery of the Contractor's submitted bid, it is highly recommended that the Contractor hand carry their bids prior to the advertised bid opening date and time located: 250 Main Street, Watsonville, California
