PDB services for the Library Facility Project shall include development of project scope, schedule, engineering design, architecture and guaranteed maximum price (GMP). These services shall also include pre-construction services, construction management, construction scheduling and the construction of the site improvements, building and interior tenant improvements for the Library Facility Project.
