The proposed work consists of base repairs, pavement reconstruction, and microsurfacing on various residential streets within the Copper Cove Rocky Road Community Service District. The project includes approcaimately 50,000 square yards of microsurfacing, 13,000 square feet of base repair, and 3,400 square feet of roadway reconstruction. The work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following:
Surface preparation, crack seal, base repairs, Type II Micro-Surfacing, aggregate base, asphalt concrete, pavement reconstruction, and pavement striping, markings, and markers.

Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $690,000. The Project has an expected duration of fifty (50) working days.
