25-008 - Program Outreach to the Unsheltered Community through Food Service

Tulare County’s objective is to enter into an agreement for outreach to the unsheltered community through the provision of meals using an established relationship of trust within the community. The proposed service provision is intended to be a consistent source of information and support for those experiencing homelessness within the county. Under the agreement established with this RFP, the established trust within the unsheltered community will be the foundation for distribution of information regarding public social services programs, eligibility changes, updates, or important deadlines.
